Hong Kong Society for the Deaf was established in 1968, and in December 29, 1976 under the company law up to become a community organization. The Society is a non-profit organization designed to promote the welfare and assistance to hearing impaired people in society with any person equal access to services.
(A) to provide publicity for the hearing impaired, education, recreation, counseling, hearing and medical services;
